The EFT sessions are designed for you to get to the root of the thinking and beliefs that have kept you from experiencing ease and harmony in relationship with yourself and others. Using EFT tapping and other healing modalities, together we will explore and give voice to hidden aspects of yourself that have kept you feeling stuck in limiting patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you.
With gentle guidance, you will experience a profound clarity, understanding and compassion for yourself, as you release the tension and suffering associated with both internal and interpersonal conflicts and struggles.
The session will empower you to have more ease in accessing and being with your emotions, and in learning how to differentiate between the stories your subconscious creates and the truth of who you really are. As Punita listens for what really matters to you, you respond to life from a more authentic and honest place. You will feel more confident in your ability to relax and breathe when in the midst of conflict. In the session, you gain clarity about what you are telling yourself so you have greater ease in making conscious choices as to how you want to respond to situations in your life. Punita will model for you how to use tapping and self empathy to bring yourself back to presence, so that you can take your physical and emotional well-being into your own hands.
You will leave the session with a deep sense of relaxation, peace and an openness to embracing your life and new possibilities more fully. With a more open heart, you will find that you are more open to considering new strategies for meeting life’s challenges and experiencing the world with new eyes.
Sessions are typically an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half in length. Each session is recorded and is available within 48 hours of the call. All sessions take place over the phone, unless you live within driving distance.

A single session, while valuable, is not as powerful as a sequence of sessions which help to truly release and unwind the layers of thoughts and beliefs. With commitment and consistency over a period of a few weeks or more, clients find they can get deeper and have more comfort in and with the process.
